At Drew's Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
